Shaily & Co. was founded in 2020 by Shaily Gupta, a qualified Company Secretary and Chartered Accountant. With a graduation degree in Accounting & Finance from Mumbai University and certifications as a Merchant Banker and AML specialist from NISM, Shaily has become an expert in her field. She has authored several articles, research papers, course materials for professional bodies such as ICAI and ICSI. Coming from a family of well-known Chartered Accountants, she has established her firm with the goal of providing superior corporate governance and advisory services to her clients across the globe.
